I am very glad that I came across your blog. I love cooking and butter chicken is my next target. I am friendly with my local Indian restaurant owner who cooks a wonderful dish and she advised me to prepare the sauce first and then add the chicken, cook slowly. Her butter chicken chicken just melts in my mouth.
Does the cooking process (in your recipe) tend to firm the meat slightly or have the opposite effect? Her chicken simply melts. I love to know your opinion please.

    Thank you so much

Hi Emanuel, the cooking of the chicken pieces in the sauce should be just enough to get the sauce’s flavors into the chicken, so that the chicken becomes melt-in-your-mouth. Thats the result you will get from my recipe. Thanks for stopping by :)

Hi Naina, have you heard of the writing process tour? I’ve been invited to join the “My Writing Process” blog tour and have accepted for june 2nd, 2014. This tour rolls out across three new bloggers’ sites each week. So, I can invite three writers to carry the tour forward. I really admire you and your blog and think it would be interesting for more bloggers to hear about your writing process! I guess it’s essentially a chain letter of sorts, but a little bit more sophisticated!

Your date would be June 9, 2014. Please let me know if you’re interested. If you choose not to participate, that is completely fine with me too. If you can let me know soon that will be great so I can ask other bloggers.!

    thanks!
